Schola Chioma

I’m a multidisciplinary real estate development professional and graduate student passionate about driving sustainable and impactful commercial real estate (CRE) projects.

With a background in architecture, affordable housing, and community-focused developments, I specialize in crafting innovative solutions for urban challenges in the U.S. and Nigeria. During my 2023 leave of absence from Harvard Graduate School of Design, I pursued entrepreneurial ventures and strategic roles that deepened my understanding of public-private partnerships and broadened my approach to creating value-driven projects in CRE development.

Proudly embracing my Igbo-Nigerian heritage, I believe culture plays a vital role in shaping sustainable and inclusive communities. My expertise lies in managing development projects that leverage AI-driven insights, design thinking, and strategic execution to meet community needs while achieving investor goals. I’m particularly passionate about projects that address affordable housing and sustainable growth, fostering equitable opportunities and resilient communities.

Currently pursuing my Master’s degree, I aim to bridge the gap between design and strategy in CRE to deliver meaningful impact. Let’s connect and collaborate on projects that drive innovation, create long-term growth, and shape the future of real estate development.
